Q: Wait, you're recruiting healers again?

A: Yes, some mysterious force in the universe seems to be after our healer population. We currently suspect that our healers end up in an alternate dimension with all the world's lost socks. We suspect our hunters probably hang out there too.

Q: When do you raid 25 man content?

A: We raid Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. In theory, invites start going out about 07:15 p.m. server time and we begin pulling at 07:30 p.m. In practice, we spend the first 5-10 minutes trying to put together a raid that has something in it other than druids and ret pallies.

Q: What 25 man content do you raid?

A: Normally, we do ICC and ToGC. Sometimes we throw in ToC, Ony or the weekly raid while we wait for more of our hard hitters to log on. Did I mention we're recruiting?

Q: What is your 25 man progress?

A: We're 2/5 ToGC and 9/12 ICC

Q: How does loot work?

A: Our 25 man loot system currently involves secret cabals and reading the instintines of small animals. Spreadsheets that track loot count and attendance also figure in to the equation. Basically, if you are interested in an item, /roll for it and embrace the Mystery.

Q: What about 10 mans?

A: We currently have three 10 man teams that work on ToGC/ICC - Mythbusters, Canadian Bacon, and Deadliest Warrior. The 10 man teams run on off nights and weekends when their respective members can make it. That translates into "Canadian Bacon will run this Wednesday, no wait, this Saturday, erm, this Sunday!"

Q: I hear you just aren't that serious on your raid team?

A: As long as the bosses fall over, then yeah, we joke around on vent a lot. But, if it’s a new progression boss, or we're just sucking, expect our raid leaders to pull out the clue bats and beat people. It's all fun and games until we start wiping - then we have to put on our serious raid faces, or Leviha hyperventilates, and Dracen curses with his cute Canadian accent.

Q: So are you a casual guild, a progression guild, a hard core guild, or WHAT? I *must* label you somehow!

A: We're a causual guild with a progression raid team. That means we have some folks - friends, family, and retired raiders - who just log in once in awhile and don't raid that much. Then we have the competitive raid team, which is a subset of the guild at large. We're looking for more people for the raid team.

Q: So is your raid team hardcore? I'm l33t, and my gearscore is over 9000, so I only want to run with the best!

A: We're not hardcore, in that we only raid 25 man content three nights a week, four hours a night, even if there are new bosses up. Hardcore guilds raid more than that. That said, there are also 10 man teams that run seperately on one or two additional nights a week, if you need more of a fix.

Q: Ah, that sounds awesome, but I can only raid once or twice a week, thats cool cause you're not hardcore, ya?

A: We really only want raiders who show up 83.3333 (repeating, of course) percent of the time. If you only show up once in a while to raid, you won't.

Q: OK, I'll be there, 100% of the time! Then I can hang with ya'll, right?

A: We're not completely cut throat about replacing people with lower performance, as long as they have good attitudes. We will work with you a little and, if you show improvement, we are happy. However, if you fail to improve, don't try to improve, or after a reasonable period of time cannot meet the requirements of the content, you will be removed from the raid team.

Q: No worries, I'm awesome! That means I'll always raid, right?

A: If you are truly awesome and we can't live without you, maybe. In reality, you'll probably be asked to sit once in awhile. Sometimes we have only 25 people show up for a raid, sometimes we have 32. The officers have very little control over that. If we only recruited 25 people for the main raid team, we'd have to PUG people almost every raid night. Instead, we try to pad our roster a little bit.
